• We normally respond to emergencies within one hour, at no extra charge. Our less urgent appointments are arranged in two-hour time slots, so you can get on with your day.

• It is a fundamental rule that our customers are given impartial, best advice at all times. Our engineers will always let you know if they believe it’s uneconomical to repair an old or badly-installed appliance or system.
