I’ve used Glowzone for 7 years now for boiler service and gas safety certs. They always deliver. They’ve never let me down. It’s interesting how when a company does not let you down you can start to take the service for granted. The reality must be that behind the scenes they must have the same struggles as any company. But their skill in management and scheduling and the team effort that must go into making them deliver so well is a credit to all that work at Glowzone.

I have used Glowzone for 19 years. Last week they came to my house whilst I was away. The housesit made an emergency call as our rising main to the kitchen had burst and we have a pressure of around 5.0 bar in our house so water was gushing everywhere. The first person managed to locate the stop cock and turned the supply off and the second fitted new copper connections ( in view of the big pressure). Job done in an hour. Reasonable charge. Holiday not ruined. Big thanks
